The only guaranteed thing in our lives is change. Nothing is permanent, even though it often appears that way. Change is one of the most characteristic properties of nature, people, processes, activities, and so on.
Learning to manage change is one of the most significant skills in life. Here, we are not only talking about organizational changes. The ability to manage personal changes is of enormous importance. By knowing the inevitability of changes, we can qualitatively and quantitatively direct the process of changes in one direction or another in our personal and professional lives.
The project provides methodologies for managing changes at the following levels:
① The first and fundamental level is individual:
Changes in skills, habits, and competencies that will be necessary and suitable for upcoming changes at a personal or professional level.
② The second level is communication:
Building the necessary new standards in interaction processes that will improve the effectiveness of all other personal and organizational processes.
③ The level of the team, the family:
Нивото, гарантиращо стабилността и постоянството на измененията, гарантиращи приемствеността на опита и предотвратяващо разрушаването на първите две нива.
④ The level of the organization:
Нивото на голямата структура, която определя влиянието върху всички елементи, включени в нея – както тези, които са подложени на конкретна промяна, така и тези, които нямат пряк досег до нея.
⑤ Global level of changes, new trends, changes in the environment:
The level of introducing new technologies, new global rules, reshuffling markets, changing services, changing levels of education, and so on.
Промените в процесите на всяко едно от нивата изискват детекция и последователни мерки на въвеждане, които се базират върху икономически, физически и психически процеси. Програмата „Управление на промените“ построява структура на тези процеси и структура на въвеждането им.
