The training includes various practical exercises, discussions, and reflections aimed at realizing and overcoming negative beliefs and attitudes about oneself, as well as developing positive self-acceptance. Participants learn about the influence of self-esteem on their lives, learn to recognize and reevaluate negative beliefs about themselves, and develop strategies for building a healthier and more positive self-perception.
